I came here for the first time today. You walk in and it looks like any other borderline hole in the wall cafe, I literally could not believe food so beautiful came out of such a regular looking place. The owner Pablo is from Chile, he was featured on food network and also owns the Nashville location, this guy knows how to run a business and produce excellent food. Hannah was the cashier who took my order and her and Luigi, one of the kitchen staff, went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted when I wasn’t sure about the menu. I wanted scrambled eggs tacos (yes i wanted that for dinner mind your business), she recommended the vegan butternut tacos and I could just get two hard cooked eggs on the side (they DO NOT do scrambled eggs here at all), I wanted a green salsa to go on top and the closest thing they had that Luigi recommended was an avocado sauce, but they also had chimichurri sauce so I got that on the side. They forgot the sauce at first (not their fault, I had swapped to it last minute) but my food came out sooo quick like within 10 minutes and God almighty it was seriously so good. It was so simple but so flavorful, the chimichurri sauce paired so well with it I honestly think they should make it an official component of the dish, it was the cherry on top. My only complaint is that you should never serve anything unseasoned, not even eggs, I wish they had had salt on them but everything else was just perfect. Hannah was an EXCELLENT cashier, very patient and answered every question I had. The owner also let me know that he and the ice cream place across the street (Janarty’s, highly recommend) are collaborating on a new flavor with a south american fruit that’s similar to mango but more caramelized, yeah I’m definitely trying that when it comes out. This was such a great place and a great experience overall, I’ll 1000% be back. Thank you guys for the wonderful food and service, I’m so grateful we got this place in Smyrna now, give this place a try and trust you will not be disappointed.

I came here with some friends who suggested we go try out. They wanted to treat me for my birthday and it did not disappoint. Parking is in the rear of the building. Located near main raid and across from the round about circle by the train tracks. Walking ramp takes you to the patio and to the inside. This place previously was Red Bicycle. Simple and spacious location with mixed match furniture. Open brick wall design meets with modern decor. Greeted by the host, we're assuming is the owner. She was knowledgeable of the menu and ingredients. They have 11 beer tabs when it comes to beer selection. Looks like cocktails as well. The menu all looks amazing and bunch of variety to choose from. I tried he pulled pork Ramen bowl. My friend ordered the hot chick and for FYI- the medium has some heat. They use a season base paste of heat but blends well in the broth. Will def sting the nostrils in a good way! I will def be back to try rest of the menu as well as maybe a cocktail.

Haven’t had the food. Stopped in for a drink and met the owner. Super awesome invited me behind the coffee bar and taught me all about their espresso and why you want the time and the grind set right (30 seconds!) love somewhere that wants to connect with the patrons and be involved in the community! Will be back!! Awesome patio area

Finally made it to Subculture in Smyrna last night, and it did not disappoint. The evening started strong with a great recommendation of a local Cabernet Sauvignon (highly recommend!). We kicked things off with two of their monthly appetizer specials—octopus salad and steak fries—and both were outstanding. We planned to continue with main dishes, but as the place filled up, the service understandably slowed down. It seemed like the server was handling everything on his own, so no fault to him. That said, the food was on point. The fries might be the best I’ve ever had, and the steak was cooked perfectly—even without asking for our preferred doneness. I’ll definitely be back and hope to see this place thrive. It’s a great spot for a date night. I’d love to see more salad options on the menu, but overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The food and staff were great. We ordered the chicken burger, chicken tacos, and chicken and waffles. The food was beautiful and delicious. Loved the vibe of the place especially the outdoor area will have to try eating out there another day. I would say the music felt a little loud so the other people were talking loudly over the music which made it hard to hear each other.
